Basic Schedule
9:00-9:07 – Introductions – Basic Schedule
– Gatorade Campers of the Day
– Most Positive/Encouraging
– Hardest Worker
– Divide in to Courts – Grade 4, 5, 6 to start – 20-22 per court
9:07-9:25 – Ball-handling work/games @ each Court
– Dribble Knockout / Dribble Tag
– Partner Ball-handling 2-Ball, contests, etc. / Pivot foot, 1 on 1 knockout
– Divide into 2 Workout groups per court- make them A & B group
Break
9:25-10:20 – Skill / Breakdown Stations – 6 8 Minutes – Drill Teams
Court 1
– 1) Footwork – jab / finishing moves vs. coach defense.
– 2) 2 lines – 1 on 1 Dribble-moves to various finishes + 1 on 1 Advantage game
Court 2
– 3) Team Shooting Games
– 4) 2 on 2 / 3 v 3 Advantage games – paint touch play
Court 3
– 5) Form Shooting / Footwork into shooting
– 6) 4 on 4 / 5 on 5 Keep Away – 4 passes and shoot, play continues
*** Last Station, give players a number 1-6.
Break
10:20-10:25 – Talk time – Ball-dominance — Dribble, dribble, dribble.
10:25-10:40 – Money Shooting Game – 6 baskets — Gatorades for winners.
10:40-11:15 – Breakdown/ Small-side Game Play
– 3 Courts as 3 stations – 10 min each
– Court 1 – Half court 3 on 3 – 2 sec. ball-clock or 2 dribble limit play – games to 1 and new team comes on.
– Court 2 – 4 on 4 Advantage Shuttle
– Court 3 – 3 on 3 / 4 on 4 Games to 3 points. (5 teams) ( Can choose the ‘constraint’ or scoring ‘trigger’ each day)

11:15-11:25 Introduce the Olympics
— Divide into Olympic teams
– Team Meeting/Practice
– Divide Olympic teams into 2 teams (Olympic and FIBA)
11:25-11:55 – Olympic Trials
– 1 12 Minute game
– Olympic vs. Olympic, FIBA vs. FIBA
– Court 1 – Team 1 vs. Team 2
– Court 2 – Team 3 vs. Team 4
– Court 3 – Team 5 vs. Team 6
– Races & Shooting games to finish up
11:55-12:00 – Campers of the Day
– Casino Foul-Shooting
