Winter League – Grades 7-8A – Rules / Coaching Guide

General 

• 4 8 Minute Quarters. 5 minute Halftime.
• 30 Second Shot-Clock
• Man-to-Man strongly encouraged, but not mandatory. 
• Full Court Pressure always encouraged. 
• Normal High School Rules for Team Fouls (7 & 10), Free Throws, and Personal Fouls (5)
• 1 Timeout in First Half. 2 Timeouts in Second Half per team.
