If you are involved in youth sports at all, it is wise for you to read John O\u2019Sullivan on a consistent basis. His Changing the Game Project is right on the money. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But here\u2019s a recent post I certainly enjoyed. Remember, too many youth coaches want to treat the kids to be like pros, but the pros are fighting to play like kids every day! The best thing you can do is to give your kids the freedom to play like kids. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
